Resolved Question: Should I buy a new french horn?

I'm an eleventh grader in high school, and I love to make and play music. I play various instruments, but french horn is my primary. I am currently playing an original Elkhart C.G. Conn, but I've been considering switching. I plan on attending Texas Tech and majoring in music there. Also, the Elkhart is a school horn. I'm not sure that they would sell to me. I've also been looking at Paxman and Alexander horns, but I think that they may be a bit pricey....If anyone had any ideas as to what I should do, answer if you will. Thanks... Read More »
